About Me
Scott Gray is a Calgary-based designer and art director, curious by nature, and always chasing the version of an idea nobody’s tried yet.
Most of my work starts with a challenge: a brand that looks cheaper than its competitors, a homepage that buries what customers came for, a product that has to compete before it’s even made. My work spans brand identity, campaign direction, UX/UI, and 3D visualization, whatever the problem actually calls for.
Today, I work as a senior creative partner to agencies and brands. Recent work includes Rogers’ e-commerce and product pages, including design for their iPhone launch and Disney programming placements, both requiring direct approval from Apple and Disney on how their assets were represented. I’ve also led creative for Bow Valley College’s brand campaigns, and taught graphic design at the college level.
My work has been recognized with 19 industry awards from RGD, GDUSA, CASE, and UCDA.
